Shipping Policy

We aim to provide the best experience for our customers, with a clear return and exchange policy:

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we cover the shipping costs.
  • If the return is requested without a valid reason, the customer bears the shipping fees.
  • Returned items are inspected first, then:
    • Replaced
    • Or refunded within 5–7 business days
