Shipping Policy
We aim to provide the best experience for our customers, with a clear return and exchange policy:
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is requested without a valid reason, the customer bears the shipping fees.
- Returned items are inspected first, then:
- Replaced
- Or refunded within 5–7 business days
