At Rederma Laboratories, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is in the same condition as received

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us with clear details and supporting photos.


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or agreed alternative for COD orders)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
